Ownership and usage rights for custom client deliverables are defined in the relevant proposal or service agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks, and third-party materials remain subject to their original ownership and licence terms.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maretis Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Maretis’s total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
05. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent unlawful or abusive use, address non-payment, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a material breach of these terms or a separate service agreement.
